Wnivip Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities, Clearly Explained

These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and features offered on the wnivip platform. By using wnivip — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you agree to be bound by these terms.

Wnivip is strictly for adults — individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be suspended immediately upon detection.

Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed, and funds may be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email.
• Wnivip reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.
• A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested.
• A screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account may be required to verify your payment method.
• Registering with false information will result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.

Wnivip supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5 minutes. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned immediately.
• No transaction fees on deposits — every penny you send goes straight to your wallet.
• Transactions via bank transfer or cryptocurrency are not supported.

Wnivip processes member withdrawals as quickly as possible. Standard withdrawal requests are typically completed within 3–15 minutes. However, larger amounts may require a security review and can take 24–48 hours to process.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 300 per request.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳ 2,00,000 (higher for VIP members).
• Withdrawals are only available via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests will be automatically cancelled if there is insufficient balance in your wallet.

All bets placed on wnivip are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, the Cash Out feature may be available in certain situations. Each bet market has its own rules, which you should read carefully before placing a bet.

• Minimum Bet: ৳ 10 (may vary by game).
• Maximum Bet: Depends on the specific market and event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Wnivip reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bet that has already been confirmed will remain valid.
• Placing opposing bets on the same outcome (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

Wnivip regularly offers a variety of bonuses. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirement — meaning you'll need to place a set number of bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only — redeemable once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a 15x–30x wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period expires.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance can be withdrawn after the bonus portion is deducted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, wnivip reserves the right to review the account in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wnivip. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating an account using a fake or someone else's identity.
• Deliberately operating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Depositing funds through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Betting based on match-fixing or fraudulent information.

Wnivip is an entertainment platform. While we make every effort to run our services smoothly, wnivip is not liable in the following situations:

• Bets or transactions lost due to internet disconnection.
• Bets placed due to user error or incorrect payments.
• Temporary unavailability of third-party services (payment gateways).
• Unplanned server maintenance or technical issues.
• Any financial losses arising from a member's gaming activity.

Wnivip's maximum liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

Wnivip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide the required documents for KYC verification.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Directives from law enforcement agencies.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, in cases of policy violations, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Wnivip reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via their registered email or SMS.

• General changes will take effect with 7 days' notice.
• Changes related to urgent security matters may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
